Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Who This Policy Applies To

This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") applies to all users of ShopBill Pro who pay TradeCrest Technologies Private Limited (CIN: U62099UP2026PTC247501) for a subscription, add-on, or custom service.

2. Subscription Plans

2.1 Free Plan

The Free plan is permanently free. No charges. No refund applicable.

2.2 Paid Plans (Pro ₹99/month, Business ₹499/month)

2.3 7-Day First-Subscription Satisfaction Refund

For your first paid subscription only, you can request a full refund within 7 calendar days of payment if you are not satisfied — for any reason. Email billing@shopbillpro.in from your registered email with your transaction ID. We process refunds within 7 working days back to the original payment method via Razorpay. After this 7-day window, refunds are governed by the rest of this Policy.

2.4 Beta Users

Users who joined during the public beta period received the full feature set free for 60 days. No payment, no refund applicable.

3. Add-Ons & Custom Services

ShopBill Pro offers paid human services on top of the platform — for example, custom website builds (₹2,999), custom logo design (₹999), and priority support packages.

4. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If you are charged twice for the same subscription period due to a Razorpay issue, contact billing@shopbillpro.in with both transaction IDs. We refund the duplicate within 5 working days.

If your payment fails but the amount is debited from your account, contact us with the transaction ID. We will reconcile with Razorpay and either activate your subscription or refund the amount within 7 working days.

5. Termination by Us

If we suspend or terminate your account because you breached our Terms of Service, you are not entitled to a refund.

If we discontinue ShopBill Pro entirely, we will give you at least 60 days notice and refund the unused portion of any prepaid subscription on a pro-rata basis.

6. Goods & Services Tax (GST)

All prices include applicable GST. Refunds include the proportional GST amount. GST invoices for paid subscriptions are available via Settings → Billing → Download Invoice.

7. How to Request a Refund

We acknowledge within 24 hours and process eligible refunds within 7 working days. The refund appears in your account 5–10 working days later, depending on your bank/UPI app.

8. Disputes

If you disagree with our refund decision, write to legal@shopbillpro.in. If still unresolved, the dispute is governed by our Terms of Service, with the courts at Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh having exclusive jurisdiction.
